Penallta Under 10's continued their winning run but left it until late to beat a strong Senghenydd team on Sunday morning.
Early converted tries from Morgan Bell and Ellis Muller in the first third gave the boys a healthy 14 to nil lead but this soon was cancelled out by Senghenydd in the second third as they scorched in for 4 unanswered tries to lead 24 - 14 going into the final period of play.
Despite the setback the team plugged away and a great brace of tries from Man of the Match Kaide Paget (both converted) ensured a late but deserved victory.
Man of the match went to Kaide Paget for his overall tackling, rucking and ball carrying. Most Improved went to Callum Price. Well done boys!
