Pre-season training has commenced! Every Friday 7:00pm at Penallta RFC Trinity fields.
CROSSFIT PENALLTA
Every Tuesday at 7:30pm
Crossfit payment is £10 to be paid on the first Tuesday of every month.
For those wishing to pay weekly it is £3 per week.
Crossfit is optional but highly recommended.
